One reason I practice meditation is to maintain my own balance and clarity of mind in the face of such huge challenges, and to be able to stay more or less on course through all the weather changes that, as  an Artist, I encounter day in and day out on this Musical journey. The problem is that technology has become an extra limb for some of us. It’s important to utilize this technology, but at the same time it’s important to know when to take a break from it .. can any of you truly do that?
I recently went to the Maldives … yes Maldives .. to headline the first ever Dance Music  Festival in history; The first thing that came to my mind when I was told I was booked to play in the Maldives was that I was gonna have some time to switch off … how wrong was I. How can I develop the talent of getting off line for 3 days? Is that even possible these days? Anyhow the stay was a really good one .. the felling of the Middle East is one I love, the food was great and the weather fantastic.Really blessed to be able to travel the world with Myla music .. Next round goal is to switch off my f .. phone! 
. . . having a healthy balance is what I strive for, and I can say with confidence that I have been successfully working toward it. It’s been a bit of a rocky road, but without those challenging times, I wouldn’t have been able to learn from it and improve
